Hey everybody it's Seek0316 (Eddie(. Just jumping on here to let ya all know that I'm in the process of trying to convince the council up here in the snow drift area to allow us to have an RC track.
there is an old BMX track up here that hasn't been used for quite some time so this is the site that I'm trying to use.
I made a phone call to the local council with no surprise no answer. I left a message and to an even bigger surprise, I got a call back from a fella there named Ross who looks after the recreation side of things.
After a short and very to the point discussion with him, he told me to put it on paper, whats needed and how many square metre's it will be. So step one underway.
Hey if anyone out there has any ideas on track design feel free to pm me.
The long term plan is if this takes off to link it up with tracks down the coast so we can make annual meets happen.
